Megan Allinson-Kolb is a certified yoga instructor who received her 200-hour YTT certification in June 2024 from Open Doors Yoga. In addition to the 200-hour certification, Megan has also received training in Power Yoga.
With nearly two decades of practice since she first stepped onto the mat in 2005, Megan brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the body-mind connection to her teaching.
Megan's teaching style is a unique blend of vinyasa and slow flow power, where she combines mobility, functional movement, and strength with a focus on one’s inner self. Her classes are designed to help students build both physical and mental resilience, making them accessible and beneficial to practitioners of all levels.
