SUPER FULL ECLIPSE MOON circle

The location, vibe, and weather were perfect to honor the Full Moon in Pisces, the partial lunar eclipse, and the Fall Equinox! And thank you to Sara Pearson & Emily Goodwin for holding the energetic container for 35 souls. We released, set some intentions with organic herb bundles, and received some TLC!
It was amazing to see these 35 souls arriving at our center, bags packed with blankets pillows, mats, mugs, and their best selves in comfy warm clothes...hiking up our stairs and milling about all through our center while a few of us were "setting the space" and the fire out back. Monica had a lovely cheese cracker board with fruits and nuts and even gummy honey bears to offer! An amazing energetic exchange took place in our causal gathering before and during our magical moon circle. Vulnerability. Transparency. Unconditional love. And much release of ways that don't serve our highest paths.

New Moon Cacao Ceremony

This beautiful ceremony welcomed in the energy of the New Moon in Taurus. MMC team member and event facilitator, Karyn Banks, led us through opening welcome and gratitude statements that included inspirational Native American passages.
We were then led through a sacred cacao ceremony and sound bath by Nicole Palermo and Jeka Mundo.

During our Earth Day Open House, we invited the community to poke around the Center to grab a snack and see all of the changes. We also set up a potting station outside in the community garden!

Earth Day Community Garden Clean-Up

Celebrating Earth Day, the Minot Mist Center team go together to start cleaning up our community garden. We had a special guest helper, Mike, who assisted in our efforts to dig holes for the forsythia, clear the weeds on the rocky path, troubleshoot how to fix the stand-up garden plots, and more!

Joyful Warrior Retreat

Over the course of a three-day retreat, participants embarked on a journey of self-discovery and transformation led by a team of dedicated facilitators. The retreat commenced with an informal opening ceremony, fostering a sense of community and setting intentions for the days ahead. Activities ranged from guided tours and mindful walks to workshops on reclaiming the love of one's body, trauma-sensitive interactions, and discovering paths to soul integration through ancient tools like Enneagram and Numerology. Each day was punctuated by moments of reflection, meditation, and self-care, including yoga sessions and journaling art workshops. Through shared meals, intimate conversations, and truth-speaking workshops, participants were encouraged to stand in their power and embrace their full potential. As the retreat concluded, attendees departed with a renewed sense of purpose, connection, and empowerment, ready to integrate their experiences into their daily lives.

HOTR shined brightly into the world during its first public open house where guests got to stroll on a tour through the main house and grounds where they could enjoy the holiday decorations and treats, as well as the beautiful energy and soul of the surrounding land and water.
