AKASHIC RECORDS
The Akashic Records are the energetic recording of every thought, action, feeling, deed, emotion, decision, experience, etc. that any soul in any incarnation has ever made in the entirety of time and space. This contains all timelines/lifetimes that a Soul experiences in all dimensions, realities, frequencies, and so on.

Helena channeled information regarding the Akash containing the records of universal information.
